Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to using this site and to the concrete and masonry work we do.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
This site is operated by Cluster Two LLC, doing business as C2 Contracting, a Florida certified general contractor based in Orlando, Florida. By using this site or requesting an estimate you agree to these terms.
Age requirement
You must be 18 or older to request an estimate, submit a form or enter into an agreement for work through this site.
Using this site
The information on this site is provided in good faith and kept current as best we can. Price ranges on this site are Orlando market ranges for illustration. The only price that binds either of us is one we quote you in writing for your actual job.
Text messaging program
When you submit a form on this site and tick the transactional consent box, you agree to receive text messages from C2 Contracting about your request: a confirmation that we received it, scheduling, estimates, and updates on your job. If you also tick the optional marketing box, you agree to receive occasional offers and concrete care tips by text. The marketing box is optional and leaving it unticked does not affect your request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (321) 418-8569. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Estimates and quotes
On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. A written quote is valid for 30 days. A quote is based on the condition of the slab, the base and the site as we found it at the estimate. If we open something up and find a condition we could not have seen, we stop and call you before doing any work that costs more than what you agreed to.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
Concrete work depends on the weather. We schedule pours when the forecast lets us finish them properly, and we may move a pour date for rain, lightning or extreme heat. We will tell you as early as we can. You may cancel or reschedule a job with notice before materials are ordered or work begins; once concrete has been ordered for your job, the cost of that material may be due.
Permits and approvals
Where a city, county or homeowners association requires a permit, submittal or inspection for your job, we handle it as part of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. Permit and association fees are itemized on the quote. Work cannot start until the required approvals are in place.
The work
We build to the written scope on your quote and to Florida building code where it applies. Concrete is a natural material. Minor color variation, surface texture differences and hairline shrinkage cracking inside control joints are normal and are not defects. New concrete is lighter than aged concrete and blends over time.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, for damage to underground utilities, irrigation or lines that were not located or disclosed before work, or for failures caused by use before the concrete has cured as instructed. We tell you when you can walk, park and drive on new work, and those dates matter.
Access and site conditions
We need clear access to the work area for the crew, the truck and the equipment. Please move vehicles, mark irrigation and tell us about anything buried before the start date. A visit we cannot complete because of access may be billed.
Payment
Payment terms are on your quote. Larger jobs are typically a deposit at scheduling with the balance on completion. We accept the payment methods listed on the quote. Past-due balances may carry interest as allowed by Florida law.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including the text, photographs and logo, belongs to Cluster Two LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent Florida law allows, our liability for any claim relating to this site or to work we perform is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
