Sidewalks and Walkways
A walkway that is level, drains, and does not trip anyone. New paths, and the sections of old ones that have lifted or sunk at the joints.
Level, drained, and nobody trips
A walkway has one job the driveway does not: people walk on it in the dark. A joint sitting half an inch high is a lawsuit on a rental and a broken wrist on your own front path.
Most of the walkway work we do in Orlando is repair. A section of the front path has lifted on a root, or the side yard path has sunk where the gutter dumps on it, and now there is a lip. We cut out the offending section, fix what moved it, and pour it back flush.
New walkways are the easy part. Entry walks, side yard paths to the gate, paths from the lanai to the pool. Poured on a base with a slight crown so water runs off, control joints every few feet, broom finish for grip. Stamped or colored if you want it to match a patio.

Why Orlando homeowners call C2
Four things you can hold us to, on this job and every one after it.
Flush, not close
A repaired section is poured level with both sides. A quarter inch lip is still a trip, and we do not leave one.
We fix what lifted it
A path that heaved on a root heaves again if the root is still there. We deal with the cause before we pour.
Usually a morning
Most walkway repairs and small paths are cut, poured and finished in a single visit.
Rental and HOA friendly
Written scope, photos before and after, and an invoice a property manager can file. We work with a lot of them.
Sidewalks and Walkways by location
We provide sidewalks and walkways across every area we serve in Central Florida.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions from Orlando homeowners.
How much does a concrete walkway cost in Orlando?
A new walkway in Orlando typically runs in the same range as a driveway per square foot, six to ten dollars for broom finish, and a repair of one lifted section is a few hundred dollars depending on size. We quote the actual job after a free on-site look.
A section of my walkway has lifted. Can it be fixed without replacing the whole path?
Yes. That is most of what we do on walkways. We cut out the lifted section, deal with the root or the washout underneath, rebuild the base and pour it back flush. The rest of the path stays.
Can you fix the public sidewalk in front of my house?
It depends on the city. Some Orlando-area cities repair their own sidewalks and some make the homeowner responsible. Where the homeowner is responsible, we do the work with the right-of-way permit. We check for your address.
Do you build ADA-compliant walkways?
Yes, for rentals, HOA common areas and small commercial properties. Slopes, landings and curb ramps to the ADA standard, permitted and inspected where required.
How wide should a front walkway be?
Three feet is the minimum that feels comfortable, and four feet lets two people pass. For a front entry we usually suggest four. Side yard paths to a gate can be narrower.
Ready to sort out your walkways?
