Concrete Patios
Outdoor living starts with a slab that drains the right way. We pour patios, lanai extensions and pool decks that stay level, stay dry and do not send the rain into the house.
Driveways and patios: that is what people want
Ask us what Orlando homeowners actually call about and it is those two. A patio is the backyard version of the driveway, and it has the same two rules: build the base, set the drainage.
Florida backyards get used. A patio here is where the grill lives, where the fire pit goes, where the kids come out of the pool. It takes sun all day and a storm most afternoons, and it sits right against the house. Pour it flat and water pools against the slab. Pour it with the fall toward the house and the lanai floods.
We pour patios with a compacted base and a quarter inch per foot of fall away from the house, with the control joints laid out so the finish looks intentional rather than cracked. Broom, smooth or stamped, and sealed if you want the color to hold.
Lanai extensions
More covered or open slab off the back of the house.
- Tied into the existing lanai slab
- Fall set away from the house
- Matched finish to the existing
- Screen enclosure footings where needed
- Permitted where the county requires
Open patios and seating areas
A clean slab in the yard for furniture, a grill or a fire pit.
- Sized and shaped to your plan
- Broom, smooth or stamped
- Integral color on request
- Drainage planned around the lawn
- Edges tooled or formed clean
Pool decks
The slab around a pool is the hardest-working concrete in the yard.
- Graded away from the pool
- Non-slip broom or textured finish
- Coping tie-ins
- Deck resurfacing for worn decks
- Sealed against chlorine and sun
Fire pit, hot tub and grill pads
Small slabs that need to be level and solid.
- Sized to the equipment
- Thicker pour for hot tubs
- Level to a bubble
- Tied into the patio or standalone
- Poured in a morning
Why Orlando homeowners call C2
Four things you can hold us to, on this job and every one after it.
Drains away from the house
A quarter inch per foot of fall, every patio. It is the one detail that keeps a slab from flooding a lanai in August.
Compacted base, every time
A patio on bare sand settles at the edges and cracks at the house. We build the base first.
Finish samples before you choose
Broom, smooth, stamped, colored. We bring samples to the estimate so you are choosing from something real.
Poured in a day
Most patios are formed and poured in one visit, finished the same day, and ready for furniture in about a week.
Concrete Patios by location
We provide concrete patios across every area we serve in Central Florida.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions from Orlando homeowners.
How much does a concrete patio cost in Orlando?
A plain broom-finish patio in Orlando typically runs in the range of six to ten dollars a square foot. Stamped and colored finishes run higher, often twelve to eighteen. A typical back patio lands in the low single-digit thousands. We quote your actual yard after a free on-site look.
Concrete patio or pavers?
Concrete is lower cost, one continuous surface, no joints to weed and nothing to resettle. Pavers cost more and look richer, and a section can be lifted and re-laid. Stamped concrete gets you most of the paver look at closer to the concrete price. We do all three and will show you samples of each.
Can you extend my existing lanai slab?
Yes. We tie the new slab into the old with dowels, match the finish, and set the fall so the extension drains away from the house like the original should. If you are adding a screen enclosure, we pour the footings for it at the same time.
Do I need a permit for a patio?
For an open slab at grade, often not. For a lanai extension, a screen enclosure footing or anything attached to the house, usually yes. We check for your address and handle the permit when one is needed.
How long before I can put furniture on it?
Light furniture after about a week. A hot tub, a heavy grill island or an outdoor kitchen after a month, when the concrete has reached full strength. We give you the dates when we finish.
Ready to sort out your patios?
Tell us what you have and we will give you a straight price and a start date, usually the same day you call. The on-site estimate is free.
