How do you ask for reviews?
A text goes out after a completed job asking how it went and, if you are willing, asking you to say what we did and where. That is the whole system. We do not offer discounts or anything else for a review, because a bought review is worth nothing to the next person reading it.
What happens if I am not happy with the work?
Call the owner and we come back. Concrete is unforgiving and a miss is visible, so we would rather hear about it and fix it than have you live with it. If something is wrong with the work we did, we make it right.
