Who we are
This site is operated by Cluster Two LLC, doing business as C2 Contracting, a concrete and general contracting business based in Orlando, Florida. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
Personal identifiers. When you fill in a form we collect your name and mobile number, and if you choose to give them, your email address and city.
Project details. The service you selected and anything you tell us about the job, such as the condition of the driveway or what you want built.
Communications. A record of the calls, texts and emails between us, so we can answer you properly and keep track of your job.
Technical data. Basic information about your visit, such as the page you submitted from and aggregated analytics about which pages people visit. This is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
To contact you about the request you made, to schedule the free estimate, to quote and carry out the work, and if you become a customer, for scheduling, invoices and the occasional message about your job. We do not sell your information.
Text messaging (A2P 10DLC compliance)
Consent and opt-in. We only text you if you have given us your mobile number and ticked the transactional consent box on a form, called or texted us first, or otherwise asked us to. The transactional box covers messages about your request and your job. A separate optional box covers marketing messages such as offers and concrete care tips, and you can leave it unticked.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies depending on your request and whether you are an active customer. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out and support. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and we will confirm once by text and stop. Reply HELP for help, or call (321) 418-8569.
No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Ever.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses basic analytics to understand which pages people visit and which ones lead to a call. That data is aggregated and does not identify you. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How information is shared
Service providers. The systems we use to run the business, which means our customer management and messaging platform, our website host, and if you pay online, our payment processor. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Legal compliance. If the law requires us to disclose information, we will.
What we never do. We do not sell your information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with anyone for marketing.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including secure systems with access limited to the people who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee against every risk.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that do not become jobs are kept for two years and then deleted. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for seven years afterwards, which is what our accounting and warranty obligations require.
Your privacy rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP. Call (321) 418-8569 or email info@c2contracting.com and we will handle it.
Third-party links
This site links to other sites, including Google Maps, our Google Business Profile and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
