C2 Contracting is a Florida certified general contractor based in Metrowest, Orlando. We pour, repair and replace concrete across Central Florida, and the owner answers the phone.
Our story
Built to last, built on trust
C2 Contracting is Cluster Two LLC, a licensed Florida general contractor based in the Metrowest neighborhood of Orlando. The owner has been in the trades for years and has done most of what a house can need, and concrete is the work he chose to build the company around.
The reason is simple. Concrete done right is a crew job. Once the owner has met you, measured the driveway, found out why it failed and written the price, our crew can cut, base, form, pour and finish it without him standing over them, and do it well. That is what lets us keep the price straight and the schedule honest.
Most of what we do is driveways and patios, because that is what Orlando homeowners actually call about. Nobody needs a new driveway. You can drive on a cracked one for the rest of your life. People call when they have a nice house and they are done looking at the crack, and we would rather fix the section that failed than sell them a driveway they do not need.
Repair before replace
If one section has failed and the rest of the slab is sound, you get a section. If the slab is at the end of its life, we say so and quote the replacement with a real base under it. Either way you get the honest call at the first visit, and the number you approve is the number you pay.

How we work

We find the why first
A crack is a symptom. We find out whether it was the base, the drainage or a root before we quote, because the fix for each is different and so is the price.
A real base under every pour
Compacted limestone under every slab we pour. It is the thing cheap quotes skip and the thing that decides whether a driveway lasts five years or thirty.
A written price that does not move
Demo, base, concrete, finish and permit, itemized. The number you approve is the number on the invoice, and if we find something we stop and call.
Someone picks up

About us and how we operate
Who actually comes to my house?
The owner comes out for the estimate. He measures, checks the base and the drainage, and gives you the price. The crew that does the work is ours, not a subcontractor we found that week, and the person you spoke to is the one you call if anything comes up.
Are you licensed?
Yes. C2 Contracting is a Florida certified general contractor. That is a higher license than concrete work requires, and it means permits, inspections and structural work like footings and stem walls are inside what we can do rather than something we work around.
Are you insured?
Yes, insured and bonded, and we will send you the certificate without being asked twice. For HOA, commercial and property-management work we file a certificate of insurance before the first visit.
Do you only do concrete?
Concrete and driveways are what we lead with, because that is what people call about and it is the work the crew can run start to finish. We also do pavers, block and masonry, retaining walls and slabs. As a general contractor we do take on other residential work, and if it is outside what we do well we will tell you.
